East Wing

STB 3 Star symbol With its own separate entrance, and centrally heated throughout, this is the east wing of The Knowes. Light and airy, with large windows, it sleeps 2 adults and a child. You are welcome to use the picnic table in the south-facing garden. Bookings may start or end on any day. Minimum let 3 nights.

Bed Sitting Room :- there is a very comfortable double divan bed . In the same room the excellent Parker Knoll sofa converts into full length single bed. Gas fire, colour TV with Freeview & DVD facility

A single foldaway bed is also provided for use in the kitchen if a separate sleeping area is required

The large kitchen/dinette with breakfast bar is fully equipped with cooker (electric), microwave, fridge, washing machine/drier, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc

The shower room also has WC, shaver point and washbasin

Fuel (electricity & gas), bed linen & towels included at no extra charge

Wifi Internet access is available at no extra charge.

Please ensure you leave the flat clean and tidy on departure

Discount offered when booked for use by one person only (minimum 1 week); also when booked for 3 weeks or more.

One dog only can be accepted if arranged in advance. There is an additional charge of £2 per night or £10 per week.

When making a self-catering booking, please enclose a non-returnable deposit :

Bookings of 3-7 nights £50
8 nights - 21 nights £80
More than 21 nights £120
Balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

1. Before date of arrival, only your deposit is charged
2. From booked arrival date, 50% of any unused day(s)
Guests should consider taking out their own holiday cancellation insurance

Enquiries

When making a first enquiry, it would help if you could specify the exact date of arrival and date of departure, if known.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival time between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. unless by previous arrangement
Accommodation should be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure
