Minimum Booking - 2 nights

Each bedroom takes up to 3 people and has private bath and/or shower. There is a most attractive sitting room with colour TV/video for guests' use. Our expanded continental breakfast happily contrasts with the British breakfast you will get elsewhere - breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., at a time of your choice, in a bright room overlooking the garden. Government legislation now requires that smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house; you are welcome to smoke out of doors.  Access the internet from your own laptop - Wifi is provided at no extra charge.

The house is normally shut to guests from 12 noon to 4:30 p.m.

When booking rooms for Bed & Breakfast, please enclose a non-returnable deposit of £25 for each room.

Cancellation Policy

1.    Before date of arrival, only your deposit is charged
2.    From booked arrival date, 50% of any unused day(s)
Guests should consider taking out their own holiday cancellation insurance

Accommodation should be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure
