75 Salt of the Earth participants gathered at the historic Newbattle Abbey College in Dalkeith for a residential weekend. Group members were able to demonstrate their recordings and experiences from their individual locales. This experience was highly valuable from both an educational and social viewpoint. Many friends and contacts were made from the length and breadth of the country.
A ceilidh dance on Saturday evening provided further enjoyment and entertainment.
