Shinty pitch, Dalmally
This remote rural location has been the site of a collaborative venture involving several local organisations. Members of the Dalmally Historical Society received training input, equipment and support from Salt of the Earth to record people in the village.
Ruth Black of the Stray Theatre Company (producer David Lightbody pictured left) is writing a script based on the recordings and improvisations by the local Amateur Dramatic Society. The resulting play will be performed early in 2000 initially in Dalmally, and hopefully tour to several other locations.
