ANN C.: "I remember being taken to Sunday School, I remember walking up Spearsbridge Road and leaving a shoe behind one day… I walked out of a shoe. I would've been about three and a half at that time... I went right through the Sunday School from then…and on to Bible class and Junior Bible class and then the minister's Bible class… [she then became a missionary because] I felt that I was called to do it."
JEAN: "Anything goes now at church, I mean, they go with their jeans... I think people have more of a social life now, they want to be nicely dressed all the time, you're more inclined to wear your good things if you're going out with friends than just to keep them for a Sunday."
