Day
1. Arrive PASSAU: embarkation from 1630hrs. Dinner and overnight
on board.
Day 2. PASSAU- Schlogen - LINZ
28ml/45km
You bike on the Danube cycle path alongside the river passing
the monastery of Engelhartszell and continue through the famous
"Schlogener Schlinge". Rejoin the ship and sail to the
capital of Upper Austria, Linz.
Day 3. LINZ - GREIN 40ml/65km
Today's
bike tour takes you through meadows and forests to the quaint
village of Grein with its impressive castle. Late in the
afternoon you can visit the oldest theatre in Austria.
Day 4. GREIN - MELK
32ml/51km
You bike through the "Strudengau"- an unspoilt part
of the Danube, passing the pilgrimage village of Maria Taferi
to reach your destination, Melk with its georgeous baroque
Benedictine monastery.
Day 5. MELK - Krems - Vienna
25ml/40km
Today's journey is through the most beautiful part of the river,
the "Wachau". Visit the ruined castle of Schonbuhel
and the ruins of Aggstein, Hinterhaus and Durnstein - it is one
of the most charming areas of Austria. Krems with its lovely old
city is today's destination and from here you will continue
to the Austrian capital, Vienna. Enjoy a nice evening in a typical
Austrian inn by the river.

6. VIENNA - Bratislava - VIENNA 48ml/78km
Pass the casles of Eckartsau and Orth as you cycle for the last
time on the Danube cycle path. On reaching Bratislava, the capital
of Slovakia there is the option of a guided walking tour. Return
on the ship to Vienna.
Day
7. VIENNA- PASSAU
Morning at leisure in Vienna for sightseeing or shopping - there
are many ways to explore the cultural capital Vienna. At
2pm the MS Dunaj departs for Passau. A relaxed afternoon on board
as once again you pass through the beautiful Danube valley. Fun
and entertainment await you in the evening with a Gala Farewell
Dinner and Crew Party. Overnight on board.

8. Depart PASSAU
After
lunch on board you will disembark in Passau at approx. 3.00pm
