The Ticket Office

Once you have chosen a holiday from the Travel Agent, you can book the tickets for your Teddy Bear(s). Each Bear going on holiday must have a valid World Wide Travel Club Passport (available from the Passport Office)

Simply fill out and submit the following holiday Application Form for each bear travelling then send their Passport(s) and the correct holiday cost to:

Before you book, you will need the following information to hand:

• Your Name & Membership Number
• Your Teddy Bears Passport Number
• The Holiday Reference Number
• The Dates you want your Bear to be on holiday
• The correct cost of the holiday
• The Names & Addresses you want postcards or letters sent to

Your Bears' Travel Tickets will be sent to you on receipt of you correct payment. Note that you must send your Teddy Bears' Passport if you want to get it stamped at Passport Control for the country your bear is visiting

The Dates are critical, as passports, visas and tickets are all stamped accordingly, and all postcards etc are sent during the time your bear is on holiday.
