You should send your photograph to us as soon as you have e-mailed the electronic order form, whether or not you have included payment details on the form.

For best results, you should send us a good quality print (minimum size 8" X 6"). Ideally, you should have your photograph taken against a white or self coloured background. If however you want your image to be a surprise present and therefore cannot have a photograph taken, then send us the best photograph you have and we will advise you if it is not suitable.

It is possible for us to use a slide or negative provided by yourself, but this will add about one week to the order period. You also require to pay £10.00 sterling extra in addition to the overall cost to allow for additional processing charges. You may wish to have a print made from your negative or slide and send us your new print.

Our graphic designers are extremely skilled at composing your finished image, and will use their skill and expertise to achieve the best results. If however you have specific requirements or preferences, they should be stated on the order form, and our designers will try to accommodate your request.

Picture yourself in Scotland provide finished pictures in three standard sizes. A4, A3, and A2. Please ensure that you advise us of your required size when you place your order. If you require a special size, please e-mail us and we would be delighted to provide you with a quotation for your special requirements.

All our photographs are divided into three price groups, A, B, or C, depending on location. Please check the price group of your chosen location on the location pages. Remember you can also advise us of your preferred location if we do not have it listed, and we will advise you of the price to have that special location photographed for you..

You may pay for your picture by credit card, or check. We appreciate that you may be uncomfortable sending your card details on the electronic order form. You may wish to supply us with these details by fax to (44) [0] 1506 438592, or by enclosing the details when you send us your photograph. Either of these alternatives will be acceptable, but you must advise us of your preferred method on the enquiry form when you order your picture.
