Privately owned 14th century hunting lodge set in 25 acres of beautiful countryside.15 mins from St. Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh by car or train. Cupar railway station is ten minutes away and offers direct transport links to the airport and Inverness/Edinburgh/London. The house nestles in the Eden Valley and was said to be used by the Kings and Queens of Scotland on their journeys between St. Andrews and Falkland Palace. We provide a bespoke Bed & Breakfast service for up to eight guests offering delicious breakfasts, with home made cereals, bread, and jams, free range eggs from our own hens and locally produced sausages and bacon.
