One way in which a model's predictive performance can be analysed is graphically and CybMod provides a number of different ways to achieve this. One form of graphical representation is the model surface plot shown in the screenshot above. This surface plot presents a fuzzy sub-model's prediction surface in a 3-dimensional form which CybMod allows the user to rotate by clicking and dragging with the mouse. The surface plot is a useful tool in visualising the model and can be used to identify incomplete or erroneous regions in the model.
