Planning Aid for Scotland is a voluntary organisation run by
qualified and experienced planners, giving information and advice
on all aspects of Town and Country Planning and related issues.
PAS is not part of Central or Local Government but is an officially
recognised charity supported by the Royal Town Planning Institute
and the Scottish Office.
PAS can help individuals, Community Councils, Tenants' Associations
and voluntary local groups who cannot afford to pay for private
