Please allow us to introduce ourselves to you. We are a small partnership, working from home, which was set up in August 1995 to satisfy the demand for teaching material designed for the teaching of Scots Language in the new 5-14 Courses. 

In order to give lessons and project work a Scottish dimension our packs provide vocabulary, guidance on usage and spelling, samples of Scots poetry. songs with music, plays and stories, some by living writers, information on history, the natural world and famous people, with accompanying cassettes. It is published in a flexible format that allows for photocopying within the school and also suggests work that can be undertaken. Both teachers and pupils will find many gaps filled in where Scots culture has been left out in the past.

Since our inception, we have made a point of producing the sort of material that teachers told us during market research they would find most useful and this has proved to be the foundation for our success.
