A Daily Parliamentary Avowal
(A. Non-Sectarian Opening ceremony for ALL PARLIAMENTS.)

"Once more clear friends let us avow,
We now renew a basic vow,
That we will think as humans now,
That all our plans will plainly be,
For human welfare ideally.
A science era we will see,
Established over land and sea
A world parliament we will plan,
To instal Laws and Rules for Man
And ONE WORLD SOVEREIGNTY will be
our highest dearest loyalty".
Amen.

I have written the above statement to replace the kind of "prayer" used in Westminster, White House etc for many years as a common focus for "parliamentary national aspirations" which do not cater for sceptics and other secular persons who, quite rightly, should have equal rights with religionists to express dismissive views of rival faiths.
The "avowal" has been written from a global democratic viewpoint which I hold to be better than the divisive creeds used in the large number of part-world and diversified sovereign nation-states in the world.
I addressed copies to Messrs Dewar and Salmond for their possible acceptance for adoption in the Scottish Parliament but the replies from them showed that they were unwilling to consider the -avowal" as a better form of ritual than a theophanic 'prayer'.
Please write messages of support f or the establishment of the AVOWAL to bring democratic pressure to bear on those who are traducing the peacemaking principles of democratic referenda and majority voting which are unquestionably necessary for the eventual achievment of global law and order with the absence of a multitude of combative warlords.

Write to WORLD FORUM about it.

NB, 100 words maximum.
