Requiem for Geo

My mood today is sombre, my dear wife has passed away.
She was a victim of a virus I cannot even spell.
If I believed in a God I'd call him Mr HELL.
It blinded her and silenced her as I lived to see,
It end the loving creature who was very dear to me.
I was weeping with members of the family we shared.
Two sons and two daughters who had all for weddings paired
We two had 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren now
For we believed in life and living under a GLOBAL DEMOCRATIC VOW.
This was our aim and purpose although nobody knows.
The scientific GOOD and BAD of life which simply grows and grows.
I well believe the day will come when the EARTH PLANET is one town.
And men and women everywhere will cut the killing down.
Now Geo is gone I will carry on with hope and loving everywhere.
I feel sure that human nature will make us the victors there.
We will END the WORLD OF ARMED NATIONS and seek the welfare of the WHOLE,
ONE WORLD ONE NATION AND ONE GOVERNMENT with world peace from POLE TO POLE.
That was the dream which drove us to serve the people called MANKIND,
We have the brains to realise this story among the halt, the lame, THE BLIND!
