A TURNER PRIZE FOR POETRY.

The results of recent Entries for the TURNER PRIZE for ART have been
farcical, with "The unmade bed" the most ridiculous of them all.
So may I be allowed to propose that "freethinking poetry"
should be given a trial as a basis for an inventive competition? to REPLACE
the "ART BASIS" ?
To illustrate the transition from ART to POETRY as a better basis
for the SWITCH may I present a new version of UNIVERSAL CREATION as seen by
a modern poetry writer as an illustration of the kind of change I have in
mind,

UNIVERSAL CREATION BROUGHT UP TO DATE.

The Bible version of CREATION is well-known to all mankind.
It is based upon the assumption that Jehovah is a CREATOR GOD to have in mind,
Let us REJECT this fundamental basis by saying it is just an adult fairy tale
Like the HEAVEN AND HELL conceptions some lying priests put up for sale.
Such tales are unbelievable by the new "BIG BANG" cast of mind.
Which assumes a spot of stuff has started for creation of a different kind,
We can see no God is needed to energise this new development.
And the breeding of the tiny particles gives them all a life intent.
Let us assume the development of the tiny forms of life that we now see
Are meeting and forming animals which now result in folk like you and me.
We may assume an era of insects can arise then fade and change
Then an age of other animals like the bats or like the grasses and the trees.
This is the way of scientific thinking about ways of life we have not seen.
The history of creation is a mass of facts we cannot know.
Because there is no residual matter to tell us that this is true or no,
I assume that humans are the planning beasts on which we depend today,
And number of generations existing since the outset is impossible to say.
The history of human development may never be explained.
No matter what the theists say their versions are all weakly ordained,
I was reared to be a Christian Protestant but I now think that it is rot.
There are NO GODS IN HEAVEN we have all grown from a single living dot,
The best thinkers in the UNIVERSE are the scientists and atheists are they not.
They have theories of creation which must be taught to all mankind,
And they have invented now the internet and the use of the telephone.
Which suggests at once to my mind that for ONENESS our minds must all be HONED.
One GLOBAL GOVERNMENT for the future is a truth all our leading minds ,must
see.
And CONDEMNATION of all Royals and their bespotted pedigree.
ABRAHAM Lincoln was a leader that every HUMAN can admire.
HE FORECAST A DEMOCRATIC VISION OF NO SLAVERY WHICH ALL OF US CAN INSPIRE.
Above all there should be NO MORE USA or other Nationalism to inspire WAR.
Such wars as the anti-NAZI Germany War should be THE LAST World WAR WE DAUR!
