WORLD PARLIAMENT FOR MANKIND.

Here is a few words of highest wisdom from a male human born in France,
Which should be known by every individual human mind who wants us to ADVANCE,
POLITICALLY my comrades, where'ere you chance to be, E or W or N or S of me !
For I was born in Scotland and very soon resolved that I, a GLOBAL MAN
would be.
Mr Monnet is credited with being "the founder of the European Community"
Which I of course have WELCOMED as a development wich seems EXCELLENT TO ME!!!
Anyway when he was asked about American foreign policy and international unity.
He said what follows which should be REMEMBERED by US ALL most gratefully.

"IT IS THE FIRST TIME, IN HISTORY, THAT A GREAT POWER, INSTEAD OF BASING
ITS POLICY ON RULING BY DIVIDING, HAS CONSISTENTLY AND RESOLUTELY BACKED
THE CREATION OF A LARGE COMMUNITY UNITING PEOPLES PREVIOUSLY APART.

By pursuing this same line of thought may I hope my advocacy of WORLD
PARLIAMENT
will be taken up by the BBC and CNN and UK and USA LEADERS so that the MUCH
GREATER GOOD of all the GLOBAL PEOPLE as a SINGLE COMMUNITY.

A WORLD PARLIAMENT for a HUMAN COMMUNITY really IS the CONCEPT WE MUST SEE,
TO END THE PROCESS OF INTEGRATION WHICH CAN EVER BE MONDIALLY!
