
Mark commented that the EGT probe is in a position to give an overly high reading and SAS said they thought it was running rich. I concluded from those two remarks that the requested reprogram was in fact unnecessary so I have probably stifled my top end output as a result.
What the hell, the car is still great fun to drive and I generally get 200miles to a tank of fuel.

The conversion was done three years and 7000 miles ago.
The car has had countless full throttle runs since and it still runs.
The block has never been out of the car since Nissan fitted it in 1995.
Trust released their 'T517' kit in January this year. They believe that if I installed that together with the other stuff, I would see 600hp.
Not sure if I want to bother though.
