Our house is a 'conversion'. This means that it is two houses made out of one old one. We have half the ground floor and all of the middle. This picture shows the middle and upper floors as well as the front door. The curved window is the master bedroom with ensuite. The house is about 120 years old. It is an a suburb of southern Glasgow called 'Mansewood.' It has 3 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, (with windows that open onto our very private garden) as well as a dining room and massive lounge. |
| The lounge (18ft 10in x 12ft 9in) is about the only room that needs anything done to it. One of its best features is a lovely bay window with seating. |
| The kitchen is really massive.( 20ft by 18ft 4in.) Plenty of room for cooking and entertaining at the same time. Lots of storage space and tastefully decorated. I can't wait for when we move in. Then we can open the champagne and get cooking |
