There is many different types of departments in Graeme High School. They are listed and you can find out something about each one: ART; This is where you learn about colours, paints and how to draw properly. SOCIAL SUBJECTS; These subjects are History, Geography and Modern Studies. In History we study the past. In Geography you study maps and there uses. In Modern Studies you study the world today. MODERN LANGUAGES; This is where you learn either French or German we do German. CRAFT AND DESIGN; This is where you learn skills for working with wood, metal and plastic also we learn how to use different tools. RELIGIOUS EDUCATION; This is where we learn about Jesus and many different religions. MATHS; This is where we learn how to do new mathematic skills PHYSICAL EDUCATION; This is where we get thought how to play: hockey , table tennis and basketball properly also we get the skills for gymnastics and swimming. ENGLISH; This is were we learn who to make up speeches, stories and essays. We also read passages aloud. HOME ECONOMICS; This is where we learn how to cook and safety in the working environment. COMPUTING; This is where we learn to type and get thought how to work computers. SCIENCE ; This is where we learn Biology Chemistry and Physics. DRAMA; This is where we get tought how to act. MUSIC; In music we get tested on our skills of listening.
