This is one of the older races on the Scottish calendar. It is particularly attractive to a certain IBM salesman who wants to do it this year despite being from Flatsville, London.So ... Watch out for BIG prizes. The race is a super mixture of tarmac roads, Rhodadendron lined estate tracks, forrestry and open hill. You also get to spend the night on Arran. Difficult to beat really. I can't think why I have not run it for years. Might be the expense and time. Daft really. SAF Safety Rules apply
