This is the super looking wooded hill that you drive past on your way to Dundee, Aberdeen and Blaigowrie on your way north. The race is lovely too with a pleasant atmosphere. It is easy to get disoriented so that when I did the race last year I felt sure that we were within a couple of hundred yards of the finish.. I took a wee bit of a wrong turn so that Frank Cation caught me up enough to say "Only a mile to go Dick!". Absolutely perfect piece speech play. I just faded completely. Still I gubbed him a few times afterwards.
