Many class teachers operate their own day to day reward systems in their own class involving stars and stickers, however the whole school focus from P1-7 is the OSCAR chart.
Oscar points are awarded for sustained effort and improvement in an individual performance by a child in any of the following areas.

Expressive Arts (including sporting activities)
Helpfulness/Courtesy
