Craig said -- Gary: Quietly confident Gary (42) is always there or thereabouts but invariably playing monoblack. You know when you've been "Campbelled" when he says "I'll consult for a....". (Slower player than me by the way)
Joules said -- Gary Campbell. Slow, thoughtfull, methodical always calculates the best way to time out playing a weenie rush deck! Gary "Blackness" Campbell is renowned for his ability to bluff you into thinking he`s playing necro,.... when in actual fact he is.
Dougie said -- Gary; Was king of the Hymn in the good old days of Necro (still is in extended) and always played Black. Has an innate ability to top deck like a true professional that lake or drain that is required to save his bacon. Still looking for that modern day equivalent. Possibly a slower player than Craig.
Gary's words of wisdom:
Wooten -- A highly skilled deck copier. Always to be found over your shoulder, lurking and taking notes comes from Fife, the land of SHEEP. In Amsterdam he never fancied women.
Craig -- The man who travels to Edinburgh for tourneys and pulls-out at 0-2, good for a draw. usually 0-0.
Clark -- GREEEEEET. Need I say more. At the U.K. champs(2) I was in the last 16 and got beat from Ollie. Quite disappointed I sat back. Then I heard a voice from behind say "Unlucky. Get your bag", "They'll post your prize".
Dougie -- Always seems to be at the 3rd bottom table and when prizes are called out he's 3rd or 4th. The oldest student in the Universe. Never any money, but smokes and drinks.
Iain Young -- Everyone dreads drawing Iain in a tourney he seems to beat some good players & has a ranking of 1450. I think he single handedly stopped me from going to the U.K.'s after I lost to him.
Joules -- The Combo King. Wondersoos with new cards he's the opposite of Dougie and is always a the top table with all the top players, always loses his last game or a quarter final. Makes mistakes which top players punish.
