WE have pleasure in presenting our range of paintings and wall shields bearing the Arms of family surnames, schools, colleges and universities: clubs, service establishments and civic and professional bodies etc. All hand painted in brilliant enamel that will not fade and in true heraldic colours. Armorial achievements are beautifully hand painted on a 12mm centre plaque, with gilded bevel, which is mounted on a well seasoned 15mm mahogany shield, sanded and finished in clear gloss that brings out the natural beauty in the wood. Where applicable, a scroll bearing the motto appropriate to the arms depicted is incorporated in the artwork. Every shield is signed personally by the artist on the reverse side. Shields can be made in any size to individual requirements,  but are normally 8in x 91/2 overall, and are fitted with a hanger ready for hanging on a wall.

ALL  arms are thoroughly researched  from recognised works of heraldic reference, and where no arms can be found for a particular surname, or variation of it, the client is
advised accordingly…

A certificate of Authenticity is provided with each wall shield and painting giving the blazon of arms (the heraldic description) and quoting the source reference.
