Late bookings may attract an extra discount.

Minimum stay of 3 nights @ £35 per night in lowest price band period.

No discount if booked through Tourist Office or Travel Agents as commissions have already been paid to them.

Rates are inclusive of night storage heating when the season warrants it, other electricity is at local electricity rates. The meter is read before and at end the of a let.

Linen and towels are provided. No VAT. Cot and highchair are available at no extra charge but please give notice if you would like them provided. One dog or cat is usually welcome if not left unattended in the Steading and is kept on a lead outside the garden locally. Please mention any animals when booking.

Booking Saturday 3.00pm - Saturday 10.00am except by special arrangement out of High Season. Telephone bookings are accepted but a deposit of £50 per week (Non-returnable) must follow within 7 days. Balance is due to follow 6 weeks before the holiday begins.

N.B We retain the right to re-let the property if the balance has not been received 4 weeks before the holiday begins without issuing a reminder.
